What is Coaching?

Coaching is a designed relationship, between the coach and the client, which focuses and enhances the professional, business and personal life balance by:

Moving the client through a series of structured sessions which helps them to define clear and achievable goals in both their career and personal life.
The coach offering support, encouragement and challenge which facilitates the client achieving these new goals.
Coaching taking account of the whole person, their system and environment.
Coaching is a measurable and practical process.

Who uses Coaching?

Executives and senior managers who require motivational, inspirational, problem solving and organisational skills in the workplace by adding value to both their professional and personal lives, creating balance and enabling them to develop strategies and solutions to handle the stresses and pressures that are inherent in their personal and professional lives.
Professionals who require job satisfaction, time management skills, team leadership and planning, and for those who feel they have reached a level of progression from which they need to create a new vision for themselves.
Business people and entrepreneurs, who need balance between their work and home environment and who may wish to enhance their decision-making, communication, management, planning, growth, team development and customer skills.
People who want to change or develop a new career needing a forum to consider their options and choices, courage to look at alternatives and opportunities to create a new vision and progression for a more fulfilling future.
People seeking Professional and Personal Development: There is an increasing demand for appropriate ongoing personal and professional growth. This course will enable those looking to achieve such balance and fulfilment in their lives, through self efficacy, thinking and communication skills and experiential learning.
