Julie is the Director of the Iron Mill Institute which runs both National and European accredited courses in Management Skills, Clinical Practice and Supervision. |

She is an internationally qualified and recognised Transactional Analyst, Trainer and Supervisor. She is also a UKCP Clinician and BACP registered Supervisor. She has worked in the UK and abroad delivering Supervision and Coaching training. |

She works with Executives and Senior Managers in the NHS and Industry and the Business and Professional Community, including Swissair, Siegers Ltd, Medical Consultants, Pharmaceutical Companies, teams of General Practitioners and associated staff. |

She is a former associate trainer for the Staff Management College, Bristol and Consultant to the Somerset and Exeter Health Trusts and the South West Peninsular scheme for Occupational Health. She has also provided training for Senior Management teams in Further Education Colleges and the University of Plymouth. |

Julie has worked all over Europe teaching in Prague, Naples, Zurich, Dublin and Hanover. She is a gifted facilitator and has a great sense of humour, which she is not afraid to use. |

Mary has over twenty-eight years' career experience in business, finance and banking, auctioneering and estate agency. She also has fifteen years' experience in coaching, training, supervision and counselling.
She has established, and is, Executive Managing Director of three businesses in Ireland. Mary is an accredited Trainer with the Coaching Institute of Ireland and Director and Trainer with the Business and Life Coaching Academy in Ireland.
