The profession of Coaching has emerged over the past few years from a number of different sources. It is now an important resource to a range of professional and business people, managers, supervisors and people at Life’s crossroads wanting to make changes.
The essential difference between Coaching and other helping relationships is that it focuses on the present and determines the goals and direction a person wishes to move towards. It does not excavate into the past archaeology of the person, it does not look for problems per se but rather solutions and or resolutions to problems and it attends to such issues as work-life balance, values that affect our daily lives and future visions.
This one day event is for anybody interested in pursuing further training in this area.
Whatever your motivation the Taster Day will be stimulating, interesting and entertaining and if in a profession where CPD is applicable, can go towards your Continuing Professional Development portfolio.
